01Who we are

SoodiHoodi, operated by Hamzeh Al Khatib from Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, is responsible for your personal data. For any privacy question, contact sales@soodihoodi.com.

02Data we collect

• Data you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, order details, and messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or the chat on our website.
• Offer sign-ups: your name and email if you sign up for a discount code or our news.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Data collected automatically: your device and browser type, the pages you visit, and your approximate location from your IP address.
• Data stored in your browser: your chosen language, favourite edition, cart contents, and whether our offer window has been shown to you.
• Advertising measurement: we may use measurement tools from Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google to see how our ads perform.

03How we use your data

• To process, deliver and take payment for your order.
• To send order updates and answer your questions and return requests.
• To send offers and marketing messages only if you agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our website and measure our advertising.
• To prevent fraud and comply with the law.

04Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with: shipping and delivery companies, our payment provider, our online store platform and hosting and email providers, the AI provider that runs our website chat, the messaging app our team receives notifications on (Telegram), advertising platforms for measurement, and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your personal data.

05The chat on our website

The chat on our website is answered by an AI assistant. What you type is sent to our AI service provider (Anthropic) to generate the reply. If you ask to speak to our team, or need help the assistant cannot give, the conversation is forwarded to our team through Telegram so we can follow up. Please do not type card details or other sensitive information in the chat.

06Transfers outside the Kingdom

Some of our service providers may process your data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. When they do, we only work with providers that offer an appropriate level of protection, as the law allows.

07How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our accounting and legal obligations, and marketing data until you unsubscribe. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

08Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to know how your data is processed, to access it and obtain a copy, to ask us to correct or destroy it, and to withdraw your consent. To use any of these rights, email sales@soodihoodi.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

09Security

We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and limit access to your data to the people who need it to fulfil your order.

10Children

Our range includes children's sizes, but purchases are made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without a parent's or guardian's consent.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will show the date of the latest update at the top of this page.
