02نطاق الخدمة
نبيع ونوصّل داخل المملكة العربية السعودية فقط. يجب أن يكون عمر المشتري 18 عاماً أو أكثر، أو أن يطلب بموافقة وليّ أمره.
03المنتجات
- نعرض كل منتج بصور ووصف ومقاسات واضحة، وقد يختلف اللون قليلاً حسب إعدادات الشاشة.
- يرجى مراجعة دليل المقاسات قبل الطلب.
- SoodiHoodi علامة مستقلة، ومنتجاتها ليست منتجات رسمية لأي نادٍ.
04الأسعار
- جميع الأسعار بالريال السعودي، وتظهر كاملة قبل الدفع، بما فيها رسوم الشحن إن وُجدت.
- تُطبّق خصومات العائلة والعروض في السلة، وتسري العروض المؤقتة حتى تاريخ انتهائها المعلن.
- إذا ظهر سعر خاطئ بسبب خطأ تقني، يحق لنا إلغاء الطلب قبل شحنه وردّ المبلغ كاملاً.
05الطلب والتأكيد
- يصلك تأكيد بالطلب بعد الدفع، ويُعدّ العقد قائماً من وقت هذا التأكيد.
- يحق لنا رفض الطلب أو إلغاؤه في حال نفاد المخزون أو الاشتباه في احتيال أو وجود خطأ في السعر، مع ردّ المبلغ كاملاً.
- الطلبات التي تتم عبر واتساب تخضع للشروط نفسها.
06الدفع
الدفع مسبق وآمن عبر آبل باي أو فيزا أو ماستركارد من خلال مزوّد دفع معتمد، ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك.
07الشحن والتوصيل
- التوصيل خلال 14 إلى 21 يوماً تقريباً، وهي مدة تقديرية.
- الشحن مجاني للطلبات التي تزيد على 1200 ريال.
- يرجى التأكد من صحة العنوان ورقم الجوال. إذا تعذّر التوصيل بسبب بيانات خاطئة أو عدم الاستلام، قد تُحتسب رسوم إعادة الإرسال.
- يرجى فحص الشحنة عند الاستلام، وإبلاغنا خلال 7 أيام عن أي تلف أو نقص.
- إذا تأخر وصول طلبك أكثر من 15 يوماً عن موعد التوصيل الذي أكّدناه لك، يحق لك إلغاؤه واسترداد المبلغ كاملاً، ما لم يكن التأخير بسبب قوة قاهرة (المادة الرابعة عشرة من نظام التجارة الإلكترونية).
08الإلغاء والاسترجاع
يمكنك إلغاء الطلب قبل شحنه واسترداد المبلغ كاملاً. وبعد الاستلام تسري سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد.
09الملكية الفكرية
جميع محتويات الموقع، بما فيها الاسم والشعار والتصاميم والصور والنصوص، مملوكة لـ SoodiHoodi، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن كتابي منّا.
10استخدام الموقع
تتعهد باستخدام الموقع لأغراض مشروعة فقط، وعدم إساءة استخدامه أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى أي جزء منه.
11حدود المسؤولية
نبذل كل جهد لضمان دقة المعلومات وجودة المنتجات. ولا يحدّ أي بند في هذه الشروط من حقوقك النظامية بموجب الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، ومنها نظام التجارة الإلكترونية.
12النظام المطبّق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. نسعى لحل أي خلاف ودياً أولاً، وإلا فالاختصاص للجهات القضائية المختصة في المملكة.
13تعديل الشروط
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وتسري على طلبك النسخة المنشورة وقت تقديمه.

02Where we sell
We sell and deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. You must be 18 or over to buy, or order with a parent's or guardian's consent.
03Products
- Every product is shown with clear photos, a description and sizes. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
- Please check the size guide before you order.
- SoodiHoodi is an independent brand, and its products are not official merchandise of any club.
04Prices
- All prices are in Saudi Riyals and are shown in full before you pay, including any shipping charge.
- Family discounts and offers are applied in the cart. Limited-time offers run until their published end date.
- If a wrong price appears because of a technical error, we may cancel the order before it ships and refund you in full.
05Orders and confirmation
- You receive an order confirmation after payment, and the contract is formed when we confirm your order.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing error, and we will refund you in full.
- Orders placed through WhatsApp are covered by these same terms.
06Payment
Payment is taken upfront and securely by Apple Pay, Visa or Mastercard through an approved payment provider. We do not store your card details.
07Shipping and delivery
- Delivery takes about 14 to 21 days. This is an estimate.
- Shipping is free on orders over SAR 1,200.
- Please make sure your address and mobile number are correct. If delivery fails because of wrong details or a missed delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us within 7 days about any damage or missing item.
- If your order arrives more than 15 days after the delivery date we confirmed, you can cancel it and receive a full refund, unless the delay is caused by force majeure (Article 14 of the E-Commerce Law).
08Cancellations and returns
You can cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. After delivery, our Return and Refund Policy applies.
09Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the name, logo, designs, photos and text, belongs to SoodiHoodi and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
10Use of the website
You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only, and not to misuse it or try to access any part of it without permission.
11Liability
We make every effort to keep our information accurate and our products to a high standard. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We will always try to settle any disagreement amicably first; otherwise the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order applies to it.
