01Return period

7 days from the day you receive your order. This is your statutory right to cancel the contract under Article 13 of the E-Commerce Law.

02Conditions

• The item is unused, unwashed and in the condition you received it.
• Its tags are still attached. Please use the original packaging if you still have it.
• You include your order number.

If an item does not meet these conditions we cannot accept the return, and we will contact you before sending it back.

03Size exchanges

Free. We cover shipping both ways for one exchange per item, subject to the size being in stock. If the size you need is not available, we refund the item.

04Change-of-mind returns

• We refund the full price of the returned item.
• You cover the return shipping cost, as Article 13 of the E-Commerce Law provides. If we arrange the pickup for you, we tell you the cost first and deduct it from your refund.
• If you return the whole order, we also refund the delivery fee you paid on it.

05Damaged, faulty or wrong items

• If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We cover all shipping costs and send a replacement or refund you in full, including the delivery fee.
• If a manufacturing fault appears later with normal use, such as a seam opening, contact us and we will replace the item or refund it in line with your statutory rights.
• This does not cover damage caused by misuse.

06Late delivery

If your order arrives more than 15 days after the delivery date we confirmed to you, you can cancel it and receive a full refund, unless the delay is caused by force majeure, as Article 14 of the E-Commerce Law provides. We will tell you straight away if we expect a delay.

07Cancelling before shipping

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships, and we refund you in full.

08Family discount on partial returns

If you return part of an order that received the family discount, the discount is recalculated for the number of items you keep, and the difference is deducted from your refund.

Example: you ordered 3 items at 15% off and return 1. The 2 items you keep are charged at 10% off.

09How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp +968 7708 3190 or email sales@soodihoodi.com with your order number, the item and the reason, plus photos if it is damaged. We reply within one working day with return instructions. Please do not send anything before we confirm.

10Refunds

• We inspect the item within 3 working days of receiving it, then refund you to the same payment method you used, and in any case within 14 days of receiving the item, or of your cancellation if the order had not shipped.
• We deduct no fees from your refund other than the return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns.
• The money usually appears in your account within 5 to 14 working days, depending on your bank.

11Non-returnable items

• Items that have been used or washed.
• Items damaged through misuse.
• Change-of-mind return requests made more than 7 days after delivery.

12Your statutory rights

This policy does not reduce your rights under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations. If we cannot resolve an issue with you, you can file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce on 1900 or through the Balagh Tijari app.
